These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chgo.city (“CHGO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any websites, services, content, products, or features offered through the platform.
By accessing or using chgo.city, you agree to these Terms.
1. What chgo.city Is
chgo.city is a Chicago-focused platform that offers:
- Storefront services (a landing page + register page),
- Content Feed services (on-site content capture and delivery),
- CHGO Owners access (a private owners community and platform features).
chgo.city is not an advertising network, lead-guarantee service, or growth-outcome promise. We provide tools and services designed to support visibility and presence. chgo.city is a product and service operated by Brhyt Studio LLC & Brhyt Productions LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- be at least 18 years old,
- represent a legitimate business or organization,
- have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of that business.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
3. Accounts & Membership
Certain features require an active paid service (Storefront and/or Content Feed).
Membership access (including CHGO Owners spaces) is:
- non-transferable,
- tied to the active business account,
- revocable if these Terms are violated.
Access to future features or tools is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
4. Payments & Billing
Storefront
- Billed monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout.
- Yearly plans may be discounted and lock pricing for the term purchased.
Content Feed
- Billed per visit with a required monthly minimum, as disclosed at purchase.
All payments are due in advance and processed through third-party payment providers.
Refunds:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Scope of Services
Storefront
Includes:
- one landing page,
- one register page,
- hosting and basic support.
Support includes small edits and fixes within a defined response window. Large changes, redesigns, new pages, or new functionality may require additional fees.
Content Feed
Includes:
- on-site content capture within scheduled time,
- delivery of edited assets based on what is captured during the visit.
Deliverables are provided up to stated limits and are subject to real-world conditions (availability, environment, access).
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of your business name, logos, and original materials you provide.
By using chgo.city services, you grant us a limited license to:
- display your business and content on chgo.city,
- use captured content for portfolio, promotional, or platform purposes,
unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
Our Content
All platform design, copy, layouts, systems, and materials created by CHGO remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
7. Community Conduct (CHGO Owners)
CHGO Owners spaces are intended for respectful, professional discussion.
You agree not to:
- spam, solicit, or self-promote excessively,
- harass or abuse other members,
- share private conversations without consent,
- misrepresent your business or intentions.
We reserve the right to remove members from community spaces at our discretion.
8. No Guarantees
chgo.city does not guarantee:
- traffic, leads, sales, engagement, or revenue,
- ranking, placement, or discovery outcomes,
- performance of third-party platforms (social media, email providers, etc.).
We provide tools and services—not promises of results.
9. Third-Party Services
chgo.city may integrate with or link to third-party services (payment processors, messaging platforms, hosting providers).
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or policy changes.
10. Termination
You may cancel services according to the terms of your plan.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- payments fail,
- these Terms are violated,
- continued service poses risk or disruption.
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, chgo.city and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of chgo.city after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
